Major strength is my endurance. Overall great at domain workouts and enjoy running! It may have been in my younger years, but at one point could consistently hold a three-and-a-half minute 10km pace.

Finding CrossFit has seen me max out PBs at a later stage of life with PRs in all lifts over the last 12 months - and only getting better.

I’m very strategic and tend to understand the flow of workouts so I secretly will plan out my splits in every workout….

I love machines! I’m secretly excited every time I see a machine in a program, in particular the Ski Erg.

I am fun loving father and husband who loves to be spontaneous with life - I blame my wife!

I’ve been coaching people for many years and enjoy nothing more than giving my personal knowledge and experience back to the community and helping people get results.

Aside from many years of coaching and running a personal training business, I’ve been a competitor in many different sports from my younger years in the USA playing American Football and Baseball, to my Aussie years as a junior Canberra  Raider, competing in obstacle course racing, trail run racing, ultra trail racing, 24hr enduro racing, F45, and now my love for CrossFit competitions!

All that that is great but ultimately I’m just a loving dad and husband!

The turning point in my life was having a doctor tell me I had a heart, kidney, and liver issue, and if I didn’t change my habits, I wouldn’t live many more years. And told me I need to take medication for the rest of my life to balance my cholesterol and triglycerides. From that day I changed my entire life around and got back into a gym. I then found Andy Frisella and 75 hard. If you don’t about it - ask me! It changed my life forever! I went back to that doctor 8 weeks later and he couldn’t believe the results so did a second test of my blood. Results - no medication (never took it) needed, my organs were fully functional again, I had lost 14kgs, and managed to reduce my redlining cholesterol and triglycerides back to a healthy state.

I never looked back.

My absolute passion is to see others succeed in their goals. I love helping people establish different techniques on movements which helps them achieve these goals. I’m a coach who understands there is no one certain way to do things and everyone learns and does things slightly different, I think a great coach recognizes this and can adjust training methods to suit the audience.
